In today’s business climate, it is becoming more common to out-source services. One of the first outsiders that “C” level executives pursue when they are not getting the results they want are consultants in the area needing improvement. Smart executives know that they will, in most cases, get straight answers from consultants. Consultants have a more objective view of the company and what needs to be done to secure the desired results. Keep in mind that, when working with consultants, it is good business policy to have the consultant sign a non-disclosure agreement before disclosing confidential information.
